1 dozen hard boiled eggs
4 oz marscapone cheese
2 oz American Sturgeon Caviar
fresh dill for garnish

Steps:

  • peel eggs , halve lengthwise and remove yolk . Fill egg halves with mascarpone cheese and top with caviar. garnish each with a fresh dill sprig. enjoy
