Steps:
- In a small skillet melt butter or margarine then saute onion and celery until tender, should be clear in color.
- Combine leftover turkey pieces, canned yams, greens, cream of chicken, sauteed onion and celery, black pepper, garlic seasoning salt, and Emeril's Original Essences to taste. Set aside.
- Then mix packaged cornbread according to directions.
- Spray large casserole dish with Pam Cooking Oil Spray. Spread turkey mixture into dish and top with uncooked cornbread.
- Cook in 350 degrees F oven until cornbread topping is golden brown.
