Easy Shepherd's Pie image

Found this recipe in the newspaper and copied it on a recipe card and put it into a binder with other recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 3

14 ounce(s) can dinty moore hearty beef stew
1-24 ounce(s) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Place beef stew in a 9" baking dish. Spoon mashed potatoes over stew. Bake uncovered for 25-30 min. or until hot bubbly. Top pie with cheese during the last 5 min. of baking
  • BAKE: 25-30 min.
