Steps:
- Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Heat to medium-hot and sear pork chops on both sides until browned. (Meat may not be done in the middle.)
- While chops are browning, mix cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
- When chops are browned, place them on the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover the chops with the onion rings. Pour the mushroom soup mix over all this.
- Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for one hour. Makes its own gravy.
