Easy Pink Lemonade Cheesecake image

This is a great and very versatile recipe. It's perfect for the summer time as it takes minimal effort and is best served chilled!

CHEESECAKE
1 8 oz pkg cool whip
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 4.5 g pkg crystal light pink lemonade mix
1-2 Tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
CRUST
2 c graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Combine crust ingredients and sprinkle in the bottom of desired serving dish. Do not press. Leave loose.
  • 2. Heat cream cheese for about 20 second in microwave, just until softened. Combine with lemonade mix until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Add powdered sugar.
  • 3. Pour on top of crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving or overnight.
