Easy PeanutButter Cookies image

These are very quick and easy cookies and only 3 ingredients!!! I usually do double batches at a time. When storing them add a slice of bread in the container it'll keep the cookies soft.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 cup(s) peanut butter
1 - egg
1 cup(s) sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a medium Bowl Combine all ingredients.
  • Spoon mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet, use a fork to press down on cookies. Bake until golden brown.
