Easy & Delicious Granny's Pecan Pie Tarts image

Southern holiday dessert, Granny's Pecan Pie Tarts easy and delicious

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 whole eggs
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
16 Dutch Anne tart shells (2 boxes)

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, mix eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour into uncooked tart shells.
  • Cook at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
