Easy Chicken Casserole image

My kids love this one and I usually have everything I need to make this in my pantry at any given time.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 chicken breasts
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 can(s) milk (use empty soup can)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg herb stuffing
1 can(s) chicken broth (or more if needed)
parmasan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook chicken until tender. Dice and place in glass 13x9x2 pan. Heat milk and butter/margarine until butter/margarine melts mix with the 2 cans of soup. Pour this over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over top. Measure 1 can of broth and pour over stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the paramsan cheese and brown for 5 more minutes.
