Steps:
- 1. Combine half and half, cheeses and butter. Heat in microwave until melted on HIGH stirring after each minute. Put hash browns (I like to use shredded) in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted cheese mixture over potatoes and let stand 1/2 hour.
- 2. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
