9 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons salt

Steps:

  • Cream flour and butter.
  • Add eggs to flour and butter mixture.
  • Add salt and nutmeg to taste.
  • Drop onto hot liquid. They are done when they float back to the top of the hot liquid.
