Another drink to celebrate St. David's Day in Wales! Cheers: Iechyd da!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounce(s) sloe gin
1 ounce(s) blackberry liqueur
1 ounce(s) lemon juice
1/2 ounce(s) simple syrup
- creme soda, to top off
1-2 - fresh or frozen blackberry

Steps:

  • Pour first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake and then strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass. Top off the drink with cream soda and garnish with 1 or 2 frozen or fresh blackberries.
