From Betty's Soul Food Collection... Nothing beats a warm, nourishing pork stew on a cold winter's night. Our quick recipe takes it up a notch, with a subtle sweetness from sweet potatoes and corn.

2 cups frozen chopped collard greens (from 1-l

1 can (14 oz) roasted garlic-seasoned chicken
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
