DILLED TARTAR SAUCE image

1 c. mayonnaise, (Best Foods or Hellmans is good)
1/4 c. dill pickle (finely chopped)
1 T. fresh dill, de-stemmed
1 T. fresh chives (minced)
1 T. shallot (finely chopped)
1 T. capers (finely chopped)
1 T. Italian parsley (finely chopped)
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (not Meyer)
1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 T/ fresh tarragon (minced)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a 16 oz. measuring cup with a ball whisk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to lidded jar and chill at least an hour before serving.
