3/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamin
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 c sour cream
6 medium tart apples(granny smith)
STREUSEL TOPPING
1/2 c flour
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed

Steps:

1. Mix both regular and brown sugar,flour,nutmeg,lemon juice and sour cream in large bowl. Stir in apples. Put into pie crust(Found that lard crust is best)
2. Crumble mixed topping on top of pie and bake at 350' for 40 minutes. Great when done 'a la mode'.
