Steps:
- CAKE: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together sugar, oil and food coloring. Add eggs and beat. Add remainder of ingredients and beat well.
- Bake in a 13x9-inch greased pan for 30 minutes. Cool before frosting.
- ICING: Mix cream cheese with melted butter; beat well until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread on cooled cake.
