One of the best chicken salads you'll ever have! Time does not include chilling time of 4-6 hours.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry, lime peel and juice, and salt.
- NOTE: If there are fruit chunks in the chutney, slice them as thinly as possible.
- Blend well, and then gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Note: If preparing the night before, be sure to toss again before serving - as all the juices will have settled to the bottom.
- Serve atop salad greens. But this is also great in a croissant or brioche sandwich.
