But decided to throw a middle eastern twist on it. It was so good. Crisp and refreshing. Not heavy at all. Make a lot though, this goes really quick!...

Steps:
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, Mix together, Yogurt, Mayo, diced Celery, Diced Onion and sour cream. Mix till combined and refrigerate until chicken is done
- 2. Combine 1/2 cup of Oil with all the spices, whisk till combined
- 3. Place chicken on a Grill. And brush with the Oil and spice mixture every 2 mins, Flip and repeat until chicken is done or internal temp of 165 (Chicken may appear burnt. Not to be alarmed, this is natural)
- 4. Allow to cool, and chop in a medium dice, Mix with the dressing mix.
- 5. Half or Quarter grapes, and Fold into chicken salad until combined
- 6. Serve on toast points and garnish with paprika, and enjoy! :)
