Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, apple and cranraisins.
- 2. In a seperate small bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar and parsley.
- 3. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss to coat. Stir in walnuts. Serve immediately.
