Cube Steak & Potatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 units beef cube steaks
6 units potatoes
1 cans golden mushroom soup
1 units onion soup mix
1 units salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place cube steak in 13x9 glass pan. Cut potatoes into medium sized chunks. Place in glass pan around the meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes and meat
  • Mix onion soup mix, the golden mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cans of water in a separate dish then pour over meat and potatoes. Make sure all potatoes are well submersed into the mix. Cover glass pan with foil.
  • Cook in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
