Cuban Black Beans image

Great served with rice or in a salad!

2 can(s) black beans
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper
2 garlic clove
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red wine vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft.
  • 2. Add beans with remaining liquid.
  • 3. Add dry spices and simmer 15-30 minutes.
  • 4. Add vinegar just before serving.
