Crustless Coconut Pie image

Very easy to make and the family loves it!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c milk
1 c coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c flour
1 stick butter
3/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp groundnutmeg seprate

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients well. Pour in to greased and floured pie plate.
  • 2. Sprinkle the nutmeg on top of pie and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
