I love chicken and I'm always trying to find new ways to cook it. This is a very easy and delicious variation of crockpot chicken. I like to serve this with stir-fried rice or rice pilaf. It's great comfort food.

Steps:
- 1. Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the crockpot.
- 2. Sprinkle black pepper and paprika on the chicken.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine the drained pineapple, mustard and soy sauce.
- 4. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- 5. Spread the garlic on top of the chicken.
- 6. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
