2 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 onion (diced)
4 oz heavy cream
3 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Combine heavy cream, yellow mustard, garlic powder, and salt in a crockpot.
