CROCK POT ZUCCHINI BREAD

Steps:

• 1. beat your eggs and add them into a mixing Bowl along with the vegetable oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. mix well.
• 2. add in your dry ingredients flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and stir well.
• 3. pour into a greased 2 quart mold (or whatever will fit in your crock pot) and place into the crock pot.
• 4. bake on high for 3 hours or until it is done.
