Crock Pot Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy image

I created this recipe for mushroom gravy and use it for pork, beef and chicken. Sometimes, I add potatoes during the last hour or so to make a complete main course

5 -6 boneless pork chops
seasoned coating mix (or just flour, seasoned salt and pepper)
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, sliced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon beau monde spice, seasiong
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Brown coated pork chops on both sides and place in crock pot. Add sliced onion and mix remaining ingredients to pour over top. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or medium for 4 hours.
