Steps:
- 1. Place chicken pieces in crock pot and cover with chopped onion and minced garlic.
- 2. Spread the soup evenly over all and cook on Low for 7 hours or on High for 3-1/2 hours.
- 3. Prepare rice as directed on package.
- 4. Add drained corn, cooked rice, cheese, and seasonings to the chicken mixture and combine well. Continue to cook for another few minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
- 5. Serve and enjoy!
