Steps:
- 1. Dredge asparagus in the flour, dip in egg and then into the mixture of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Place asparagus in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 425 degrees oven until golden brown about 7-13 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
