CRISP POTATO KUGEL image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 med. Potatoes (4 lbs)
1 lge onion
2 eggs
1 t. salt
6 T oleo
2 T matzo meal (or flour)
2 T oleo

Steps:

  • 1. Grate potatoes and onions; drain, squeeze dry. 2. Combine all ingredients except the 2 T margarine. 3. Place the 2 T of melted margarine in 9 x 13" pan and spread evenly. 4. Pour potato mixture into pan and spread evenly 5. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes and reduce to 375 for 45 minutes or until crisp.
