Creme Brulee image

Number Of Ingredients 4

5 eggs, yolks
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup splenda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour into a pie dish or individual custard cups. 2. Place pie pan or cups in a large baking pan. Carefully add 2 / 3 cups water into pan (not desserts) so they bake in a water bath. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour. Take out and cool for 30 minutes. Cover with saran wrap and place in refrigerator over night.
