Steps:

• Pre heat oven to 425. Toss the apples in 2 tbsp melted butter. Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Combine the cheese, breadcrumbs and the other 2 tbsp of melted butter. Remove the apples from the oven and top with the cheese mixture, tossing to coat. Turn the oven to broil and broil the apples until lightly browned.
