Creamy & Sinful Cauliflower Salad image

This salad is delicious. I first tasted it at a potluck about 15 years ago and have been making it for special occasions ever since. It doesn't last long!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 medium cauliflower
1 bag(s) cabbage, shredded
1/2 pound(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1 cup(s) feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
2 cup(s) mayo

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Add the shredded cabbage, bacon, ground pepper, parmesan and feta.
  • Add enough mayo to taste (to make it creamy).
  • Mix together and chill.
