Steps:
- In a food processor or blender puree the garlic and oil until smooth. Add pepper and basil leaves and half of the pignoli nuts. Blend until ingredients are finely chopped and smooth. Add the cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons water blend until thoroughly mixed. The mixture should be barely pourable. If too stiff add another spoonful of water. Boil pasta intil done drain Transfer the pasta to a large serving platter. Pour sauce over pasta add remainder of nuts mix thoroughly and serve.
