Creamy Herbed Mashed Potatoes image

Milk and sour cream make these mashed potatoes creamy, but it's the fresh-chopped herbs-chives and parsley-that make them special.

1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • Microwave potatoes as directed on package. (Do not mash.)
  • Place potatoes in large bowl. Add butter, milk and sour cream; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
