My Grandmother made this every holiday and now my family expects it too!

Time 1h

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 box instant vanilla pudding
2 box cream cheese
1 can(s) fruit cocktail, canned or any fruit in season
1 c marshmallows, mini
1 can(s) mandarin oranges

Steps:

  • 1. The night before I will drain the can of fruit and store in refrigerator overnight to make sure it is as dry as can be and make it cold for the recipe, and not make it watery. I will also make sure that the cream cheese is at room temperature so blending is easier.
  • 2. Combine pudding and milk as directed on box and blend well. Add cream cheese and blend until all "chunks" are smooth (this will take a while). When ready, gently fold in other ingredients.
  • 3. I have tried different pudding flavors and colored marshmallows but it did not taste as well, but experimenting is everything, right? Enjoy!
