Steps:
- Saute garlic in butter in large saucepan on medium heat 2 minutes. Add flour; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Add milk gradually, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Add cheese, mustard and red pepper; cook and stir until heated through.
- Serve as a sauce for hot cooked pasta or as a hot dipping sauce for appetizers and roasted vegetables.
