Steps:
- Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. (Do not wash skillet.) Microwave half the spinach in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until slightly wilted. Remove from bowl. Repeat with remaining spinach.
- Meanwhile, mix Neufchatel and flour in skillet until blended. Stir in half the spinach; cook and stir 1 min. Add remaining spinach; cook and stir until completely wilted.
- Crumble bacon; add to skillet. Cook 5 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
