CREAM CHEESE PIE image

Yield Makes 6-8 servings.

Number Of Ingredients 12

For crust:
1/4 cup melted butter
8 graham crackers
For 1st layer:
2 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla
For top layer:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add butter and press into a 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Mix eggs, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes or until set. Let cool. When cool, mix sour cream, 2 T sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and pour on top. Bake 5 minutes at 300. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
