CRANBERRY PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 c flour
1 c sugar
2 t baking powder
½ t salt
2 c whole cranberries
1 c milk
3 T melted butter
Butter sauce:
½ c butter
1 c sugar
1 T brown sugar
¾ c cream

Steps:

  • Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and slat. Add cranberries, milk and butter. Mix well. Bake in 8x8 pan for 40 min. at 350 degrees. Bring all butter sauce ingredients to boil, turn off and cook 10 min. on stored heat.
