Cran-Raspberry Mousse image

I got a version of this recipe at the Ocean Spray Cranberry Factory many, many years ago. I have altered to my family's taste over the years. It is a wonderful light dessert after a big holiday meal. I usually double or triple this recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup(s) cran-raspberry juice
1 package(s) 3 oz. cranberry gelatin
1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce
2 cup(s) cool-whip

Steps:

  • Heat juice to boiling in medium saucepan.
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling juice. Whip sauce in small bowl until smooth and add to juice mixture.
  • Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm- Approx.2-3 Hrs.
  • This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger group!
