Crabmeat Quiche image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cut in strips
1 cup crabmeat
1/2 cup small shrimp
2 cups light cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sherry wine

Steps:

  • Line pie shell with cheese. Cover with a layer of crabmeat and shrimp. Combine cream, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter and sherry. Beat well and pour over seafood. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
