Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound crabmeat, flaked
1 egg substitute equivalent, slightly beaten
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
2 teaspoons capers
Fresh ground pepper
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, milk, capers, and pepper. Stir until well blended.2. Coat 6 custard cups with nonstick cooking spray and divide the mixture evenly into the cups. Sprinkle the tops with cheese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.3.
