2 pounds Lean Ground Beefeef 90/10
2 cups Bread Crumbs or Ritz Crackers
1 cup Diced Onion
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
4 tablespoons Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worchestershire Suase
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley Leaves
1.5 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Red Wine vinegar
1/2 cup Ketchup

Steps:

  • Last 3 ingredients are for glaze, mix everything else together, Temp 350 for about 1 hour, internal 165F
