Steps:
- 1. Mix butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in the 2 cans of corn. Blend in the corn bread mix. Pour into a well-greased 9x12 inch casserole dish.
- 2. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour until puffed-up and golden brown. Serves 6-8.
