Corn Casserole image

This is my mother's recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 can(s) corn, cream-style
1 can(s) corn, canned
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
1 jar(s) pimento (2oz)
2/3 cup(s) milk
1 - egg, beaten
1 cup(s) cracker crumbs
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper

Steps:

  • Combine corn, onion, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6-8.
