How to make Copycat Cracker Barrel Warm Cherry Cobbler

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can cherry pie filling
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 squares baking chocolate
6 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 dash salt
1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Spread pie filling in a 2 quart baking dish.
  • In double boiler melt chocolate with margarine.
  • Stir in milk and eggs. Blend in sugar.
  • Mix in dry ingredients.
  • Drop mixture over cherry filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
