"CONEY" SAUCE

I had a "Coney" at an event Dec 2021. I would have actually considered the topping more like a sloppy joe, it was thick chunks of hamburger and not flavored like a chili flavoring. When I asked for the recipe, to my surprise, they gave it to me! It is very good and needs no cheese if you make it on hot dogs. It would also be very good as a sloppy joe if you prefer.
