Conch Fritters image

There are so many recipes for Conch Fritters, and this one is a conglomeration of many, incorporating some of the best parts of the recipes we liked the most. Conch Fritters are from the Bahamas in the Caribbean Islands. Conch (pronounced "konk") can be difficult to find in some regions. So if you can find conch, you can use other seafood, such as crab or calamari. But it's worth using conch if you can find it.
