Yield Makes 8 servings, one wedge each.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of bread loaf; set aside. Hollow out interior of loaf. Reserve removed bread for making croutons or another use. Spread inside of bread loaf with mayo.
- Fill bread shell with layers of half each of the turkey, cheese and bacon; top with vegetables. Repeat layers of turkey, cheese and bacon. Cover with top of bread; wrap in foil.
- Bake 30 min. or until sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into wedges to serve. (Or to serve as a cold sandwich, do not wrap in foil and omit the baking step.)
