Cold Peanut Sauce (Trader Vic's) image

From Favorite Restaurant Recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c creamy style peanut butter, room temperature
1/2 c coconut cream
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
dash(es) hot pepper sauce
juice of 1/4 large lemon

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
  • 2. Cover and chill. Serve cold.
