How to make Coconut Lemon Crescent Bars

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can (8 ounce size) refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
FILLNG
1 cup sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons margarine or butter

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles; place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 5 minutes. In medium bowl combine all filling ingredients. Pour over partially baked crust. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 12 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool; cut into bars.
